扎心了,为什么我刚注册的亚马逊帐号没有销售权
第1种情况:销售权是“假”的状态
卖家通过了资质审核,但上传产品之后发现产品在后台显示可售,但在前台显示不可售,销售权呈“假”状态,开case联系亚马逊客服,亚马逊客服判断你的帐号需要联系绩效团队进行处理。因为他们也处理不了。这就需要你与审核团队进行沟通
嗯,这很磨人。后台的小红旗(如下图)本来就很扎眼,还要和审核团队沟通,那就扎心了。
有小红旗提示,卖家需要一个个点击进去,查看里面的详细内容。点击上图的“已取消您的销售权。了解此操作的更多信息。”后,会有下图提示
有这种提示,其实不必慌张。同时你可以查验一下亚马逊是否有给你发邮件,如果有,那你收到的可能会是以下邮件内容:

这种情况,你需要传真以下资料:
1.提供帐单((银行账单/公用事业帐单如水电、法人信用卡帐单)
2.提供Reference ID(邮件内有提供直接copy即可)
3.提供注册邮箱
资料传真成功后,亚马逊审核团队会给你发一封邮件,告诉你他们已经收到了传真资料。一般情况下,当他们收到传真后,没问题会直接解封你的帐号。
但如果传了传真资料后,帐号还没有解封,还是没有销售权的话,那卖家就需要联系自己的招商经理,或者是发邮件到seller-confirmation@amazon.com进行申诉,陈述自己卖什么产品、公司背景、注册完后已经按要求提交审核资料、已发送传真等信息,要求恢复销售权限。
第2种情况:依旧是销售权被限消
如果你的后台有小红旗提示已取消你的销售权限,但你收到的不是以上所提到的邮件,那应该会收到以下邮件内容:
We reviewed your account and determined that you may no longer sell on Amazon.com. Your listings have been removed from our site. This decision was partly made due to our inability to verify information provided for or related to your seller account. This information includes but is not limited to selling history and listings...

收到这种邮件后,你需要发申诉信给审核团队,说明自己公司是第一次做亚马逊的,是新卖家,注册的资料都是干净的,也已经通过了资质审核(卖家身份信息验证),但不知道什么原因取消了销售权,现申请恢复销售权等。大意如此。具体的卖家可以自己组织一下语言,然后写邮件进行申诉。当你的邮件发出去之后,审核团队会回复你一封邮件,如下:
